i’d pull every hidden emotion from the crevices of my soul and act on it however i feel is most liberating; fear and worry would be empty words that i could pop like a bubble and make disappear at my will; my love for people and things, in all its secret places within, would be unveiled and available for the taking; i’d pray until i thought God was tired of listening to me; i’d let a tear fall for every time i had to remain strong; happiness would be something tangible that i could see, hear, smell, taste, and feel; i’d steal everyone’s pain and bury it into the depths of some other time- because this time, this frozen second, minute, hour, day, is a chance to just breathe.
